Hey everyone

I just got my PGWP after 3 years course in Alberta, now i am planning to move to Ontario as i can see they have easier steams for PR, And because of the pandemic its been hard to find a job related to my field of study ( aviation ),

My questions is can i apply through the ONTARIO Employer Job Offer: International Student stream ? it says that i have to be a graduate from a designated learning institute but doest it have to be in Ontario or any province

if anyone has a clue or more information about this steam please share it with me .
