I'm a 33 years and I want to apply for Express entry including my wife, while I'm employed I do own a small business in my field of work my NOC is 2281, my wife has only high school education and I want to boost my chances, will it count if I employ my wife in my business ( in a NOC 2281) knowing that she does not have a degree ( a part from high school diploma but I think it's not recognised by Canada), and will it count if it is only for 6 months ? Thank you in advance.
Please help, I just want to know if this will count or not, the fact that my wife work as a qualified worker but without a post high school degree ? thank you.
I mean if I employ my wife as a NOC 2281 which same as mine will it be okay ? in the CRS foreign work experience as 2281 does give points how come that it can't offer points to my wife ?
Thank for you answers, so a part from the language tests and PNP, how can I boost my chances from my wife side knowing that she only has a high school education and that she does not have a high language proficiency ? also her high school diploma is from Morocco and I doubt it will be recognised in Canada, she is 29 yo, thank you in advance.

Unless she wants to go back to school and get a college degree, your best best to raise your score is exactly what you just said: Re-take and score higher on the language test or get a provincial nomination (PNP).
