My wife is in Canada. She is pretty sick and all by herself. She might be going for a minor surgery. Whereas, I am India and want to apply for an emergency visa, so that I can go and meet her.
What do I do? Which status should I apply for? What documents are required from her behalf?

Be careful contacting someone who will charge you for visa services. Unless they are a VFS visa application centre, no one is authorized to process visas on behalf of the Government of Canada. Anyone who tells you they are able to process visas on behalf of Canada but who is not an authorized visa application centre is lying to you.
There is no "emergency visa" application to Canada. You must make a submission to IRCC and in your cover letter state that you request your visa to be reviewed on an emergency basis.
However, your history of receiving a removal order and being denied other visas will count against you. Your history appears to be demonstrating a desire to enter into Canada in whichever way you can. Consider carefully what you're doing.
@332663Rb!, you already started a thread where a lot of people told you that you would likely not qualify for a TRV. Did you start a new thread because you did not like the previous answers?
