eMedical notification help : What do these values mean ?

I got my eMedical information sheet today and have a couple of questions:

1. Under Client visa details, it is mentioned:
IME Non EDE
Upfront medical type Worker

Is this the category for Express Entry PR applicants ? I mentioned Worker when I gave the test as none of the other options were relevant to me.

2. Visit date column is BLANK. But under All exams, Data referred: It has a date which was when the results came in. Is it ok or should the Visit Date column not be BLANK ?

3. At the very bottom, there is a table with the details:
501 Medical exam A B
502 Radiology exam A B
Should it contain both A and B ?

I don't know why you're worrying yourself about your medical exam. If there was a problem with your results the doctor would have called you back for further tests. Just upload the information sheet u were given. Good luck.
