with my applivation I'm providing several letters that my partner and I wrote.

do I also need some email evidence? if so how should I present it? just copy and paste it in a word document or print them from my email directly?

is it ok to copy and paste? or will this raise suspicion of changing the content?

I printed them straight from my email.
We Made screen shots from my inbox as well because we had TONS of emails and then from every other page we printed of a email.

it's up to you, it all depends on how genuine your relationship seems to an outsider. We only did screenshots of my email account. I didn't feel it was necessary for a stranger to read our personal communication. The screenshots showed that we emailed daily, i.e. both our names and the date.

sounds good. we email rarely as were always around each other but we do have a lot.

I'm already including letters I sent her so maybe screenshots of the account will be enough? I hope so. its a lot of extra work printing out emails cos when we do email it turns into a really long conversation!

You only really need to show proof of communication for long distance relationships.

In our case we applied common-law, were living together and were with each other every single day since the very beginning of our relationship. So we didn't include ANY emails, phone records, chat logs, texts etc etc... because we didn't need to prove how we communicated. If you're already physically together and have been for a long time, i don't see why you need to include emails. Perhaps if you were a long-distance couple at some point in the relationship, you could provide emails during that time to show you communicated even when not physically together.

yeah true. that makes a lot of sense actually.

I've done some screenshots and including photocopies of letters together.

we were apart for a while before our relationship. I will include copies of these just to show the develpoment I guess.

I'm going to include a relationship letter detailing it and explaining everything we include.
