I ordered notes on May 7 based on the Privacy Act and have not received them as yet. Therefore, I wanted to follow up with them on its status. What email address do you guys send your inquiries when notes are not received by day 30, is it

IMO wait for a few days more, it usually takes 35-40 days

I guess I got used to receiving them on time by day 30. This is the first time I have not received it by day 30.
