Hi everyone! first post and hoping to get help please.
I made a big and silly mistake in my email.
Actually I submitted my application last week and I spelled my email id wrongly. For example instead of spelling everest@gmail I submitted
everset@gmail.Please help me how do I correct my email in my application. Is there any way? I am so scared. Please suggest what to do?
Send a webform request informing them of the error. You may get lucky and they match it up.
Have you tried actually signing up for the "wrong" email? Worth a try!
Since you only submitted your application last week.......its likely not have been reviewed......will suggest you write a letter to explain the mistake and you want to correct your email address.......include a copy of the payment receipt with the letter.......and mail both to the IRCC address you earlier mailed your application to, through registered courier for tracking purpose.........by providing an email address, you indicate to IRCC your preference to be contacted by e-mail.......providing an email address will allow IRCC to communicate, send messages to you faster.
Alternatively, you could send to IRCC the letter of explanation of the mistake and the correction and a copy of your payment receipt through
IRCC webform.
