Hi all,
I'm the sponsor and the representative of my spouse.
When IMM0008 asked if I agree to use the account address for correspondence I answered yes.
Should I have the same email address as the representative?
Me and my spouse we made a common email address for immigration purposes. Could we use the same email address everywhere, regardless is about the sponsor, principal applicant or representative?

You said you are the rep so obviously it is your email address. I don't see using a common email for all of it being a problem. Many PAID reps do not want to share account access with their clients. If it is, another member here should comment on it.

I don't see anything wrong with it, but on the other hand - getting an extra email address to segregate them would take maybe five minutes work, assuming you don't already have a spare email you could use.
Why? I don't have a concrete reason. Maybe just to keep and understand to whom these emails are being sent.
If you even have to ask the question - just sign up for another email and don't worry about it.
