Hi am on spousal open work permit. Am going to remove my application for sponsorship due to not in good relationship with my spouse. After my 2 years of work permit, can I apply for PR under CEC?

You can certainly submit an EE profile once you have one year of work experience. Whether you are selected for PR will depend on how many points you have.
