Eligible for PGWP?

Under the post-graduation work permit eligibility, it says students are ineligible for PGWPP if they completed an English or French as second language course or program of study. If I studied French as minor, am I not eligible for PGWPP?

Did you go to a public college? What course did you take? How long was the course?

If all you did was take French, no you cannot get a PGWP.
