Hi

I got my IELTS score L-4.5 W-5 S-4 R-3.5 total of 4.5 Am I eligible to apply CEC I work here more than 40 months NOC 6242 please any input appreciated especially LEON master of all thread.THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS.
 
Try posting your question in the Canadian Experience Class section of this forum. You will get more replies there.

Having said that, your IELTS score is very low.

You scored very less band in IELTS. According to embassy rules of CEC, you cannot apply for that.
 
So far there is no mandatory minimum IELTS score. Hence, it depends upon how many points u score for ur age, edu qualification etc. In short, r u able to score 67 points? thats the question.

I suggest in the future that you read the requirements for the CEC class. Start reading language level at Sec 9.3 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op25-eng.pdf
