I just received my visa allowing me to enter Canada. The letter also states that I would receive my PGWP at the port of entry. My question is based on current travel restrictions would I be stopped from entering if I’m not fully vaccinated or because technically the PGWP is also an open work permit?

Hello Emmanuel, did you appeal or filed a reconsideration to get your PGWP. Please please give me your insight I’m exactly sailing in same boat as you did.
