I submitted my study application to Saudi Arabia's Riyadh IRCC. First, they started reviewing my application, and I found my eligibility tarnished. However, after 10 days, I received the BVL correspondence letter. It has been 20 days, and I am still waiting. My eligibility was rolled back on the same day when I got BVL. Still status as a new application, "Eligibility Not Started.".
