Hi I am dependent to our PR application and i had an call with an agent saying the eligibility is in Review Required.
She checked for my UCI and told me this.
Is there a problem with my file or in general

This is really odd, I have never heard IRCC has been calling anyone. Usually they will contact applicants via email. Are you sure it's not a scam? They had to ask your UCI is very unusual.
