Eligibility question

for my friend. He gets 67 points if he considers his 4 years of work experience. But of his 4 years, only 1 year is part of the NOC list of 38.

Does he still qualify or does he NEED all 4 years to be in the 38 list?

Need only one year in the list of 38.
He can include even job experience outside the 38 list for points but must be of skill type A B 0
