We are also in the same state with eligibility and security not started. File is with ndvo since Feb 2018. From Ottawa central office there was note written that review is required for pof and transferred the file to ndvo. As per the latest gcms we are in some economic eligibility not started queue.

We are also not sure of how to proceed further as ndvo is not at all responding.

Yes in the same queue. I think there are quite a few. Donk know what to do as there is no communication from them
