I'm from India and I completed my under graduation in the stream of mechanical with 69%.
I've got an IELTS overall band of 6.5 with 5.5 in one band. Can I get admission in the Universities of Canada and also VISA permit?

I think you should retake the test as most universities consider atleast 6 each but you can still try. Also, VISA permit depends on your acceptance into a college/ university in Canada regardless of your IELTS score
