Eligibility for PGWP after a year of continuation study program

Hey guys!

As titled, I was wondering if it is still eligible for applying PGWP after doing a year of continuation study program.

In Toronto, many universities and colleges offer a year of certification program and I'm thinking to do this.

I couldn't find out any information about this.

Please comment if anyone knows about this.

Do you think that 2 semesters of a program is less than eight months long?

Because it states like this.

You aren’t eligible to apply for a PGWP if you:

• studied in a program that was less than eight months long

Continuing education programs are not eligible for a PGWP. Please read the link provided thoroughly.
