Eligibility for Express entry

I am looking to apply for Express entry.
I have canadian two year diploma, CLB 8, One year Full time experience as Food service supervisor NOC B and 8 months part time experience on my study permit( same position).
I calculated my points using CRS and they comes to 487 with Valid job offer.
Without job offer, it is 437.
My question is- The position on which I am working right now, will that be considered as a valid job offer?
I am on post graduate open work permit right now and Me or my employer never applied for LMIA or anything

No, this isn't a valid job offer. Valid job offers require an LMIA, or if LMIA exempt, a closed work permit.
