Eligibility for CEC

Hi,

I want to apply via CEC category. worked in Canada from 2nd sep 2009 to 20th sep 2010. As per rule "12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply.".

I want to know if I am still eligible to apply for CEC.
Also, if as per rule, my eligibility will be ending on 20th Sep or I have more time to apply ?

To be eligible under CEC, You must:
•plan to live outside the province of Quebec
•have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in
the three years before you apply,
•have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization
•meet the required language levels needed for your job for each language ability (speaking, reading, writing,
and listening).
Do you meet the above mentioned points: if yes, then you are eligible. If not, then try another cretieria...

I guess yor eligibility is over. You have to apply within 2 years once you are out of Canada.
