Eligibility criteria to apply for PR

Hi,

I have been living in Canada from last year. I am here on a closed work permit. but my contract with my client is ending this month end, so I have to go back to my country on 30th. which will be 1 week shorter for completing my full 1 year in Canada.

Can I apply for PR in this case? I have worked even more than 40 hours per week throughout last year.
Is the eligibility criteria to apply for PR is 1 year or is it no. of hours you worked.

What is I stay here without work and complete 1 year. Will I match the criteria then??

You should post your question to the Canadian Experience Class section of this forum. The immigration program you are asking about is CEC (not FSW).
