I want to apply eTA. I got a message on my email: "A review of your Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) application is underway. To continue processing your application, we need some documents from you. ...."
To get the information about the documents I have to link my application to my account on onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca. But after I enter all neccessary information I get the message:
"Based on the information you entered, we found no applications."
Where is the problem? Please help me. I have entered all information correct!
