Electronic file vs physical file?

Please tell me the difference between electronic and physical file?

Does physical file contain GCMS notes?

If you want GCMS notes request electronic file and you should get it in about a month. If you want the scan of actual documents IN your file then ask for Physical File and double the waiting time. I do not know that GCMS notes are included in the PF. I have heard some get them, some don't.
