I am an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer with 6.5 years of experience in maintenance of Seamless Steel Tube Plant ( steel mill- a continuous process industry). I am currently applying for PR in Canada and am pretty confident of getting it. I have included my spouse and child in the PR visa. What are the chances of landing ajob in my field? Do I need to make do with survival jobs? I am thinking of bringing my spouse and kid after around six months(before expiration of PR visa). Will that be a good idea? Is it hard to get part time jobs? Which City do i target for if I want to search for maintenance jobs in manufacturing sector?
