I applied for my Permanent Residency and was asked to resubmit the eimm5669e Schedule A form. I downloaded the current version on IRCC Portal, which is IMM version 5669 (04-2022) E, filled it out and validated it successfully.
But when I try to upload it on IRCC Portal, I get the error below :
The form could not be submitted because errors were found. Error: We couldn't upload your file.
Error Description:
You have submitted an invalid form. Please complete and validate an electronic version of the application form, save it to your computer, and upload it.
Note: You cannot submit an application form that has been scanned.
You do not need to sign your application form. You must provide a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your completed application.
Has anyone experienced the same problem and managed to upload? If so, how did you solve it?
However, the last update to the IRCC Portal was on 2022-09-06, which means I believe this problem will not be resolved until the next update to the IRCC Portal.
For all intents and purposes, I have made a Technical Problem Report and submitted the form via Web Forms.
Any news I will report here. And if you have any news, please share it as well.
I have contacted the IRCC and they are not aware of such problem and the agent told me that I still have the 2 other options: the web form or by regular mail.
A question: for the web form, will I need it to print it and sign it or there is also an electronic signature confirmation at the end?
The new form says that it is not to be printed, because the signature is electronic. So I sent it via Web Forms signed electronically.
Possibly the attendant who attended you is not aware, because the complaint about this form is widespread and much has opened a technical defect in the IRCC Portal, so yes, they are aware, however that my AR letter, comes saying the following :
"These documents must be received 30 days after receipt of this letter
Please only submit the requested information and documents via one of the following method:

I am an pnp outland applicant. I have got the same additional document request for imm 5669 which i submitted yesterday. Does anybody know how much time it will take to process?
The IRCC Portal had an update last October 3rd. However, the problem persists, i.e., I tried to send the document again and I still have the same error. I even downloaded the pdf again and filled everything in again, but it was still not possible to send the document.
I reported a technical problem in the IRCC Portal and sent the document via WebForms.
As for myself, I reported a technical problem and sent it via mail (with signature confirmation). I didn't know which choice should I use in the webform and I tried to call the IRCC but I was not able to reach an agent so I decided to use the mail instead.
So if you have the same problem (Request of a schedule A online and you were not able to upload it to your account), you have the 2 options of sending it via webform or via mail.

I have just checked checked my account and it says:
The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.
I think this means that the documents were received by the officer.
They received the documents by October 5th and I was not checking every day but I think it is safe to say that it took them ~2 weeks to update my file after they received the documents by mail.
