The bottom on is asking you to send documents.

The top one is alerting you that you were sent an e-mail asking for documents, and asking for them again. :)

Thanks Hnhkrk,

That is what I am thinking because my doctor told me that my Chest X Rays has a spot on the right side of my upper lung that they might request to redo it maybe this is what I told me 5 months ago but I did extra test and there is nothing now. Maybe that is what they want to hear from me. Huhhh you are a smart cookie! but I am waiting for the letter though.

They haven't told you the documents that you need to send in? When they asked me for additional documents I didn't get a letter, only an e-mail. I suggest e-mailing them back to figure out what they're looking for.

And I'm not really a smart cookie. English is just my first (and currently only) language! Glad I could help though. :)

No they did not send me an email, in my forms I agreed that CIC could contact me by e-mail but they did not respect what I told them. I want to know what are/is the requested info they want. Does it sound like it is already in process or the process will begin?

According to the second email, the process has began.
They will tell you what additional documents they need, I assume.

Is there anything missing (that you didn't post) from the initial letter you received? Because it's saying the require the following documents, but then they didn't tell you the documents that were required!

It's like they said, "This is what we need!" and then they didn't tell you what they need....

I would contact them. Usually when they send e-mails they don't send paper letters. Perhaps your missed something in the e-mail?

I called the Embassy twice this morning and I reached a certain Kenyian woman who told me to send them an email they will resend an email again to me. The letter which they sent has not yet come I am waiting for it.

The letters are in the form of pdf attachment and will include all your details.

Note that the difference between the two "wordings" doesn't matter, as long as you send them everything they ask for, whenever they ask for it.

So, Have you sent them anything pertaining to the 2 emails?
It's not uncommon for them to ask for additional documents or requirements in separate emails, and this appears as such.

I would check your emails very carefully to see if there is an attachments that you haven't opened, or maybe your email might have blocked the attachment. If the ladder is true, then there is usually a field within your email to "enable" attachments, or "download attachments" or something like that.

If there is no direction on what to send in both emails....and there is no attachments.....that's when I'd be contacting them.

Cheers!

Thanks Luckyman,
My husband contacted his MP in Edmonton yesterday and His MP acted promptly by contacting the VO and right now my hubby forwarded the email his Mp sent to Nairobi and the answer from the VO saying that they sent letters to both of us and it should arrive this coming week.

Paper letters?

Why would they send paper letters if they already have your email?

Mind you, every visa office is different.

Yes Lucky they sent paper letter while they have our emails. It would have been quick if they sent us an email than the paper one.
