Dear Experts,
My Australian tourist visa application was once refused (in 2014) due to submitting insufficient documentations. I also provided my biometric information to the Australian Embassy. I will be applying for a Canadian study permit for graduate studies within a week. I wanted to know if I disclose the refusal, will that hurt my chances for the Canadian visa and if so, what should I write in the application so it doesn't create a bad impression?

I have a similar case. I have USA tourist visa rejection.

Tourist visa has no effect on study visa.

I have mentioned the truth in the documents. I am also submitting my file next week offline.
