Hi
I was a refugee but now have PR and working. Want to apply for supervisa for my mother. I fulfill every requirement (income etc) but want to know if my previous refugee status would affect the supervisa decision? Thank you

If you obtained PR through a refugee claim, then yes - it's possible it will be quite difficult to get a super visa (or TRV) approved for your mother.
Yes because there will be fear that your mother will claim asylum as well. Her ties to her home country and proof she will return will be 8mportant.

Of course it will . You were originally on a student permit , overstayed , then filed a refugee claim . The VO will take into consideration that if your mother is approved she may claim refugee as well
That is what they want to avoid
