EE vs. FSW

Dear All,

I have basic question to understand the EE better:

1. Is there a minimum IELTS required? like 6 in FSW?

2. How do I know I am eligible to enter EE? Will it be Based on the questions of CIC website when I will finish creating EOI?

3. Is there, like FSW, minimum points required to be eligible for EOI?

4. How about CEC? Same rules apply to CEC?

Sorry guys I couldn't find my answers on CIC or anywhere else.

1. The same as for FSW now.
2 & 3. There is no "eligibility" anymore. Just your points against everybody's in the "pool" of EE applicants. The higher are points the higher chances to get ITA.
4. First- points under EE, and only after getting ITA- follow the requests for CEC.
