hey folks, I called the IRCC agent a few times and they said everything else is passed for my application besides security which is still in progress (it's been about 1.5 months now). After reading some posts, it seems "in progress" pretty much means it's an enhanced check which will take a very long time to clear? Does anyone know if it's possible that that is just a normal check?

I got the same situation everything passed but stuck in the security check. I checked some info online and it says that anything taking over 3 months is considered as the application is going through enhanced screening. I am waiting over 20 months for PR and security started at the end of December 2022. Inland PNP EE.

Same here, I got everything passed but security since Jan 20. IRCC agent said It's unusual to see it in progress, most people just have it with "not start" or pass. I ordered CBSA note yesterday, it will show if enhanced check or not. Hope we will have more update soon.
