Hi thr,
I finished uploading my document and when I click next I go to the review page.
In this page, there is no "REVIEW". It lists the required documents and uploaded documents with filed called "Options" that is completely blank.
Is it the case with every one or I suppose to see some options in the "Options" filed?

Sorry, I do not trust the system any more after last week's technical problem.
