EE Profile's CRS is 25 less than CRS calculator result

Hi,

I submitted my EE profile few hours ago, and it has evaluated my score as 395.
However, CRS calculator at the CIC website estimates it at 419.
The difference is coming from "Skill Transferability - Foreign Work Experience" sub-part of the total score.

In the CRS Calculator, I chose "3 years or more" in response to the question "In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have?" and it gives me a 50 in this foreign work category.
In EE Profile Work History, I have added two experiences of 2 years and 9 years (current job), both having same NOC code. But still, even with 11 years of experience entered, why EE profile is not giving me 50 foreign experience points pertaining 3 years or more experience, and giving me a 25 instead ?
I have checked that weekly working hours are correctly set as 40 hours per week.

Have you received CLB 9 or more on all four first official language abilities? If not, then it could be the reason.
