I just started my Express Entry profile and had some questions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I worked as a paid Baker Apprentice in the past (2019) and have a full 1 year experience. I am currently working as a supervisor and have 8 months of experience. I would like to know if I can go ahead with my express entry profile? Since it says not to add any apprentice training as a job experience in EE profile.

Thanks @Naturgrl. I was paid in cash and I deposited in the bank which means I don't have any pay cheuqes. Since I am from India some jobs don't provide a lot of documentation. However, I do have employment letter (which I submitted previously to IRCC while I made my Study Permit Application).
The Job I am working now is all documented as it is a franchise and my post has also been upgraded. Is it still better to include this in my profile?

As long as your skilled work is continuous in one skilled NOC for one year full time, you may be eligible. Watch for changes to Express Entry as government has indicated changes to the program - specific NOCs to meet skills shortages etc.
Is it okay for me to update my new IELTS/CELPIP score after I apply for EE? I would like to apply for it asap so I can stay in the queau and continue to update my profile as I get more eligible? Is that okay to do? I entered my previous IELTS - Academic results in my profile as of now and I believe I can do better with IELTS General.
