I have made certain changes to my EE profile due to change in circumstances.
The changes have been updated and transmitted.

How long will it take to change my CRS score? And do they inform you with a mail or something?

It takes up to 24 hours for your CRS score to be updated.
Yes you would receive a mail that your application is updated. Even if you don't get, you can check it in another 24 hours.
