EE profile mistakes-Help needed

HI experts, I got ITA under health care profession but after ITA I realized I made lot of mistakes in my profile. Initially I had created my profile on 31100 but later on changed it to 31102 with wrong employer name, job tile and dates increased one year by mistake and also forgot to delete the previous 31100-line item. I can see two jobs on my profile. My points are not reducing even if I reduce one year of experience. Shall I decline ITA. Please help.
