EE profile expiring before Alberta nomination is received

My EE Profile is expiring next week, and my application submitted based on NOI from Alberta is still in the "Submitted" state. I highly suspect it getting reviewed and issuing nomination in the next 3-5 days. Does this mean I lost the validity of my NOI as I would need to create a new EE profile?

Hello, I understand this is relatively old post but what was the outcome in your situation?
