Hi,

Last week I created EE profile
Information about the Labour Market Information Assessment
Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? Help
I said Yes and provided the details which are present in the LMO .
I got invitation yesterday to apply
when I checked the details for LMIA
Information about the Labour Market Information Assessment
Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? No
Is XXXXXXXX currently working in Canada? YES
Does XXXXXXXX have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada? Yes
Is XXXXXXXX job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? YES
Four digit NOC code of current work permit 2174
Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? NO
I dont know what I need to give ...Why my details are changed
Does any one have idea?
I could be wrong but I think there is a difference between LMO and LMIA.
You must have a valid LMIA ant the old LMO. So, you may find a problem when you submit application. I hope someone with more experienced on here can support what I am saying.

I ddint find any difference In CIC Website they said LMO/LMIA
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/employers/express-entry-presentation-fall2014.asp
Scenario 2: You want to offer a permanent job to your current TFW
Employer
Is the worker currently in Canada under a positive LMIA/LMOFootnote 5?
If yes, skip to candidate steps
If no, an LMIA is required. Continue with employer steps
No
Ensure you have considered Canadians and permanent residents
Post your ad on ESDC’s Job Bank + 2 additional methods of advertising
Apply for LMIAFootnote 4
If no suitable domestic candidates, apply for an LMIA for the temporary foreign worker through Service Canada

That's very strange.
If LMO isn't the same thing as LMIA why would they issue ITA for you?
I am having same things ..my work experience is missing!!!

Did you use LMO or LMIA in your profile? I hope it's just a technical issue.

When I submitted my
EE profile in LMIA section
I gave I have LMIA i.e LMO details which is still valid until May 23rd 2015 and I created a EE profile.
Last Saturday I got ITA when I trying to complete the application , I Identified LMIA options are changed ;
So while filling my application I changed my LMIA option to YES and I provide the start date and expiry date like the same details are provided when I created the EE profile..
I currently work in Canada under the same employer and its a permanent job offer and my work permit states the same employer name and my employer said he is going to provide new LMIA. I opted this option since my LMO is still valid.
Even this issue this notified to the employer.
