I have updated two NOC codes in my EE profile as there were more relevant and appropriate. After doing so my profile became ineligible. I had a Letter of Interest from Ontario on my profile. The official CIC website encourages deleting the existing profile and creating a new one. Do you have any idea if that will cause the Letter of Interest to disappear or not?
Cant see why the profile would come back as ineligible as both nocs fall under skilled managerial occupations as per CIC standards.
Try creating a new profile and double check all your entries twice-it could be a system glitch.
I read on this forum that you can still email OINP and let them know that you received an interest letter but the profile became ineligible.
Remember that OINP will only process your application if the the profile is eligible for express entry.

Thank you for your answer. I guess the problem was that I forgot to also change the NOC code where it asks you which occupation do you want to nominate as primary and therefore an incompatibility occurred, which resulted the profile become ineligible.
Do you think this is an appropriate e-mail to write to Ontario nominee program regarding the Letter of Interest to update them on the changed EE profile?

I believe that email is used for inquiries only. (I could be wrong)Keep in mind that they may take several days to answer a question. The letter of interest CANNOT be sent to that email. The complete application should be mailed to the address provided on the OINP as shown below:
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)
400 University Avenue, Ground Floor
Toronto, ON M7A 2R9
The other option is to call them directly-416-327-0374 or toll-free at 1-866-214-6820 (within North America only)
I suggest you write a letter of interest and another letter explaining your current situation. Hope that helps.
