Hello,

I am just wondering if my wife( I am a PR holder) should apply for Express entry or go for Spousal sponsorship?

I am just wondering if this is even feasible or pros and cons of one over the other. Any answer is greatly appreciated.

I would recommend bringing in your wife on a visitors visa and then apply for an inland sponsorship. Pros for this is she'll be with you. The process seems to finish within a year and she will also be a pr. Your wife can also apply for an open work permit which will arrive in about 4 months time and she can also work, if she wishes to.

I cannot speak for the express entry process because I am not familiar with it. Probably someone else can help you out with that.

Sounds good but visitor Visa is tougher to get. If she has a nice permanent job or a valuable property etc. to show which proves ties to return back home. If not spousal sponsorship would be best.

This is both true and false, the visitors visa approval is just based on a strong application and the digestion of the officer dealing with your application. Outland sponsorship is also a good option. Pros your wife will be able to stay where she is and slowly prepare herself for the process of moving to Canada. She can keep working, if she is. Con(s) the two of you will be separated for the duration of the process. She can visit, but then again the whole visitors visa dilemma is presented.

NO you were right some people have problems in digestion not stomach but .............we all understand. Some fakers land here with all ceremonies, photos and what not . They get Visa without interview. But later we find they made fools of sponsor (who gave them new life), all guests, immi staff and so on. Those spouses should be returned back. So sometimes they suspect real marriages but fakers get away with Visa. This had been happening since long times and no matter how much they control , it is there

Yes true, due to people like that, true couples also have to endure these hardships. I am an inland sponsor, so my husband is with me, i wonder how the (true) outland applicants can handle staying apart for so long
