I have been in Canada for 4+ years now and have completed my masters from Montreal and now working in BC for over a year. I want to apply for the permanent residence but unable to understand which method would be best given that there's all the issues and speculations going around for CEC process. May questions around these
1. Is applying for EEBC-graduate program enough or does that mean I only receive a provincial certificate if my application is selected and processed and I still have to apply for Express entry through the PNP program?
2. Any idea on the total amount I will end up paying if go through the BC program?
3. The processing time for BC PNP says 2-3 months, is that the only time usually taken ?
