My express entry score is 435. My occupation code is 0111 - Finance Manager. My IELTS score is in the highest category, so no room to score any more points.The aim is to settle in Toronto.
Will I get a straightforward invitation with this score? Or, do I need to count on OINP invitation?
Also, does one automatically qualify for OINP (if I select All Provinces) in the EE form or should I only mark Ontario Province?
