Hello everyone, I received my ITA in January and submit my documents in February.
Yesterday, I got an email from "IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" requesting my passport.
Before celebrating, I wanna make sure that you guys who have received PRs also went through a similar process...

Reason why I am concerned:
1) there was no update on my application, over there it shows that they are still working on my criminal background documents.
2) the email went to the span box.
3) the "annex" which I should fill and attached to my passporte is not attached to the email but just pasted in the end.
4) the title of the email is "Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa", every time they have sent email to me there was always my application number in the title and something like "there was an update on your process"..
*The email does contain my applciation and UCI numbers.

So, do you guys think is legit? Did you guys who received PRs also got a similar email with no update on the online application??

Thank you for your help, this is either a very well done scan or a very happy moment to

Yes that's legit. Congrats

1. that is normal sometimes application updates days after getting PPR request
2. Normal again, in some cases that mail ends up in spam (depends on your email provider and setup behind)
3. Annex is normal again, it is individual and they ask it for some applicants and not for others and then not all annexes are the same.
4. As long as the attached letter (DOC or PDF) does contain your UCI, you are good to go.
good luck

Yes, that is PPR.

I had difficulty in getting the Annex a to print, so I printed the whole email and filled it in that way.

Dear friend,

I have the same issue. I was wondering whether this is really the PPR mail. I thought it would be on a PDF with a barcode (like the RPRF request document). Was the visa stamping done without any issue? Is there some documents that you have to give it along with the email of PPR?

Thank you

It's legit. There's no PDF in PPR mail.

Thank you friend. All our today's doubts and clarifications are the answer for someone tomorrow. Your answers have made this forum richer.

Will the 'Application Messages' section in my application have any updates regarding the PPR? I clear out Spam frequently, and I am now not sure if I missed the email.
