EE complete- used Job Bank profile details for spouse

Hi,
i completed my express entry profile (combined for me n my spouse) post which I received the express entry profile number and job seeker validation code. i used this to create a profile on the job bank for my spouse and now i am unable to use the same numbers to create a profile for myself.

what is the workaround in this?
1. can my spouse get a job offer and will this be counted as a successful application?
2. can i deactivate my spouses id and create mine?

any help will be highly appreciated!!

Please let me know what happen to your profile... Does that work if spouse create a profile using primary applicant details also
