EE CEC Eligible: I've Indian B.E. and Canadian masters.Do need ECA for BE?

Hey guys,
I am eligible for CEC in EE. From CRS tool, I'm getting 135 points for education and 30 points for Canadian masters. I do not have ECA for B.E. . My question is: When i enter indian B.E. in EE profile and enter NO for its ECA?. Will i get full 135 points?. Will my profile be eligible?

You need to get the ECA to claim the points
