EE applicant marriage to Canada PR before landing

Hi -

If one has applied to Express Entry and is waiting for a decision but then gets married to a Canadian PR (while application is in process) then what documents are needed by CIC ? In this case, the applicant would become married with spouse not accompanying (since the partner is already a Canada PR)?

Would CIC need PCCs, Medical and POF again for the spouse who is a Canadian PR?

U need to mention that your spouse is a Canadian PR or citizen this will reduce your spouse documents requirements to a legal proof of marriage in the jurisdiction where it was registered or may be the citizenship prove

They may wish you to return your COPR to have it reissued with the correct marital status. Or, they may not bother.
