Educational Record for Minor in Citizenship Application

My daughter arrived in Canada when she was 3 years old. She started daycare and then JK, SK. Now she is in the first grade.
The citizenship application is asking for submitting minor's educational record. I have requested the first grade school to provide a letter but they haven't yet responded but I will try to get one.
She was in different institute/school for daycare, JK and SK. Do i need to get a letter from each institute? I don't understand this requirement and need to understand how others dealt with it. I live in Ontario if that matters.

You can use Passport + Health Card or PR Card + Health Card based on the above thread.
