Is the ECA report meant only for the highest educational qualification? Thanks.
I have a Masters degree in Computer Science from the US and a bachelors in technology from India.
PS: On this note, on the CIC site it says:
Applicants who have Canadian educational credentials do not need to get an ECA, unless they are also submitting a foreign educational credential in support of their application.
That seems to imply, that Canadians can selectively choose what educational credentials to submit in support of their application. I wonder if the same implication be valid for foreign FSWP applicants?
