Educational Credential Assessment or CDR Assessment of Competency Demonstration

As u can see express entry is a copy of Australian version of EOI ( Skillselect ) which also stated by Canadian Government. the ECA analysis the University credentials for say Canadian FSWP though the Skillselect calls for Assessment of Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) which is containing not only University credentials but also CV plus 3 technical proposals ( about 2000 words each ) and so on . the question is that will the assessment of Express Entry be changing too ?
