Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) points not adding up

Hi All,

I have got my Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) done from World Education Services (WES). After getting pdf of my report, I added details of my credential assessment in my express entry profile with the date and report number. It has been more than 24 hours but my points are not adding up. Is it because of the weekend or some other reason?

Please help !

My points normally changed nearly immediately.

What level is the ECA? Bachelors, masters etc and is it a second degree maybe that doesn't add points?

My ECA is a Bachelor's (4 years) and a post graduate diploma (1year).
I have added both in my study and language. Is it the reason why my points are not adding up ?

Log out and log back in; new points reflect then.

I think only the bachelors will give points

But you really should have them by now? Did they reflect over night ?

NO, I am worried now. I can't think what other solution I have to this issue. I also can't even think what I am doing wrong. I showed it to one of my friend and he told me nothing is wrong with my profile.
PLEASE HELP !

Check your profile one more time for correct information(like If you have entered correct number of ECA with IMM) Call CIC and report technical issue.

How do you know whether your points have got updated or not ?
I mean which section points will show up ?
