In my country, to complete a Bachelors Degree you have to study for 3 full years.
I have completed mine in 2 full years, and another 2 part-time (Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2013). in the WES certificate I received it says it's Canadian equivalent is "Bachelor's Degree (four years)".
What should I put in the Education part of the PR application form? it has only one option place to choose full/part, should I put 3 full years? 2 full years or 4 full years?
same question goes for my wife's Bachelor degree, she completed it in 5 years (Oct. 2008 to Dec. 2013) and WES considers its Canadian equivalent is "Bachelor's Degree (four years)".

According to my understanding it would be " 2 full years" because you would have to mention that in your personal history section too, if you write 4 full years then you cannot write 2 full years, and another 2 part-time (Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2013) in your personal history that will conflict

Hmmm...I'l try to explain in a different way.
I have 2 bachelor's degrees, both recognized by WES as "Bachelor's Degree (four years)".
I've completed my first bachelor's in 2 full years and 2 part-time years.
during the 2 part-time years, I've started my second bachelor's full time and completed it in 3 full years (so I've learned a total of 5 years in university, and received 2 bachelor's degrees).
2009 - Bachelors 1 (full year).
2010 - Bachelors 1 (full year).
2011 - Bachelors 1 (Part-time year) and Bachelors 2 (full year).
2012 - Bachelors 1 (Part-time year) and Bachelors 2 (full year).
2013 - Bachelors 2 (full year).
